1.Main feed line system
(1).Function
Main stock line deliver system is to transmit the feed outside shed to the hopper of feeding system
inside, control system indicates delivery system to work automatically.
(2).Silo
Feed of poultry raising farm is stored in the silo, so as to save large amount of package, and also to
ensure the health of feed. Different specifications of silos are alternative to choose according to the
daily consumption and the size of silo. Material of silo consist of galvanized sheet and glass fiber
reinforced plastic.
(3).Manpower hopper
If you don't use silo, you can use manpower hopper.Usually,if you just build one or two farm,
we suggest you use hopper instead of silo.

4.Automatic ventilation system
The main parts of ventilation system is the big fan, small fan and air inlet windows. All fans are
controlled by the control system.
The NO. of the fans to run was decided by the temperature of the poultry house.

Air inlet windows parameters
1).The wall of installed windows must keep the same level.
2).Within 15cm below the window must be solid wall which could be fixed with expansion bolt,hollow
brick not available.
3).To prevent water flow backward, the window hole of inside is higher than outside.
4)Pre-embedded wood frame is same level with inside wall of chicken house.
Control device for air inlet window
(1).Manual control
Operator will check the pressure of chicken house, control the winch by hand until meet the request.
(2).Automatic control
As the request of difference chicken house pressure by the controller control, make the
air inlet window open and off automatically, to meet the request.
5.Cooling pad system
Evaporative cooling pad system works in the condition of negative pressure, the cooling pad is installed on
one side of the wall, fan installed other side. When air flow through cooling pads, the water evaporation absorbs a lot amount of heat. The height of cooling pad is 1.5-2.2m, length about 3m, the area of cooling
pad in chicken house is about 6-8 times than the fans.
6.Spray & disinfecting system
Function
It is effectively tools for cooling, damping, dedusting, disinfecting the house.
7. Environment control system
This system saves the labor and the resources under the condition of assuring the optimum growth
environment of the chickens. It is imported from Israel can set an optimum working mode according to
the local climate and raising environment.
8.Heating system
