1.Main feed line system:

Working principle:

Silo/Manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line. There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed

line which control motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

Main components:

1).Silo, silo sheet double layer galvanized ensure a service life more than 10 years.

Parameter of silo:

2).Manpower hopper,hot dip galvanized sheet material,Capacity:600kg/800kg, or as your requirement.

3).Driving motor, Power:0.75kw, 50hz/60hz, 380/220V, three phase or single phase, top quality in China.

4).Main stock line pipe, 75*3.6mm, PVC material, 1400kg/h feeding ability.Conveying length:60m.

5).High quality spring Auger, imported from South Africa.

6).Feed level sensor, Germany IFM brand and Isreal Agrologic brand are optional.

2.Automatic pan feed line system

Working Principle:

There is a feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic

feed delivery.

Main components:

1).Feed Pan,we can offer more than 10 types of broiler feed pan,we also can customized feed pan according

to your sample. Feed pan material is virgin PP, we have our own feed pan mould and production line, which

will help you make sure economic price and high quality.

2).Driving motor system, Taiwan motor, Power:0.75kw/1.1kw/1.5kw, according to your equipment length.

Voltage:380/220V,220V/110V, single phase or three phase,50hz/60hz. 

3).Feed pipe, 4pan/3m, 3pan/3m, Material:hot dip galvanized, Diameter:45mm, Thickness:1.2mm.

4).Spring auger, imported from South Africa.

5).Hopper for pan feed line, 70kg/90kg feed capacity, galvanized sheet material.

6).Lifting system for feeding line,manual winch and electric winch both can be offered by us.

7).Feed sensor,Germany IFM and Israel Agrologic brand are welomed by our clients.

3.Automatic nipple drinking system:

Working Principle:

The drinking system supply clean water to each nipple steady, chicken can drink water from 360 degree freely.

Main components:

1).Water square pipe with nipple and drip cup&anti perching system/ Aluminium frame with nipple and drip cup.

Nipples, Use good quality plastic for outer,use good quality stainless steel for inner.Double sealing structure.

Drip cup, vrigin PP material, colors are customized.

2).Front part system of drink line,front part is controller of water, its main function is to adjust water supplying 

pressure and stabilizing drinking volume.This part is usually installed in control room.

3).Lifting and suspension system,correct height for drinking system is very important for chicken,it's very easy 

to  adjust drinking system's height by this system.

4).Pressure regulator,regulating stability, high switching performance, water supply is sufficient&equality, recoil 

cleaning with good cleaning result, and can save water.Good quality movable valve, it's easy to change.

5).Medicator, imported from French, very high quality, welcomed by all clients.

4.Cooling pad system:

Working Principle:

The longitudinal way of cooling-fan ventilation way is the most economical and effective way to reduce temperature

of chicken house in summer.According to many years experience, even in hottest summer, with reasonable designed 

and installed ventilation system, it still can control the temperature of chicken house under 30 degree, then make 

the effect of hot temperature on the growth of poultry to minimum.

Cooling pad parameters:

Thickness:100mm;150mm

Width:300mm;600mm

Height:1660mm;1960mm;2160mm

Frame:Galvanized sheet and Aluminium alloy are optional

Aluminium alloy frame:High strength,good corrosion resistance,water disrtibution uniformity, beattifuland practical.

5.Ventilation system:

1).Butterfly cone fan features:

a).Design of butterfly door makes a minimum wind resistance and optimum performance.

b).Belt:automatic tensioning device improves transmisission effciency and prolongs service life.

c).Frame:high quality hot-dip galvanized steel sheet

d).Motor:1 phase/3 phase motor with 3C certification, high effciency and engery-saving, safe and reliable.

2).Axial flow fan features (centrifugal opening system):

a).Patent design, PA6 raw material of anti-corrosion and anti-aging.

b).Guide rod is made of PA6 raw material wrapped by steel column, solid and reliable to ensure a service life.

3).Air inlet window 

Air inlet window parameters:

a).The wall of installed windows must keep the same level.

b).Within 15cm below the window must be solid wall which could be fixed with expansion bolt, hollow brick

not avaiable.

c).To prevent water flow backward, the window hole of inside is higher than outside.

d).Pre-embedded wood frames is same level with inside wall of chicken house.

Air inlet window component:

a).With UV resistant additive, air inlet has stronger anti-aging ability, longer service life.

b).The unique strucuture on window edge making it more closely and firmly.

c).Wind deflector can prevent cold wind blowing  down, make the fresh air blow in the center of chicken house,

which ensures a better ventilation effect.

d).Double spring ensures excelling sealing.

e).Flexible opening with anti-biord nets.

Control device for air inlet window:

a).Auomtaic control:As the request of difference chicken house pressure by the controller control, make the

air inlet window open and off automatically, to meet the request.

b).Manual control:Operator will check the pressure of chicken house, control the winch by hand until meet 

the request.

6.Environment control system:

Main features:

1).Install different environment controller according to equipment components situation in poultry house.

Our controller is includes Three series of T607, T616, Image II imported from Agrologic and UBT2000 developed

and produced by ourselves.

2).Control box made by a national standard box body, and power controls are CHINT and SCHEINDER.

3).Feed silo weighing system&automatic bird weighing system can be offered by us.

4).Lighting system.

5).Environment controller is designed to control poultry breeding equipment automatically and intelligently

according to local climate and equipment requirements.

7.Foggy system:

Function:

It is effectively tools for cooling,damping,dedusting and disinfecting poultry house.

Working principle:

Based on principle that the water adjust the climate in natural world, atomization cooling is to purify the water

through the filter, then convey the water into high-pressure nozzle after the pressurization by high-pressure

pump,make fog particles mixed with the ambient hot air to absorb a largr quantity of heat, and evaporate the fog

particles by the air to accelerate the flow of the air at the same time to make the temperature of the ambient air

quickly reduced,thereby achieving the aim of temperature reduction.In summer, when the temperature of the

poultry house is high,the atomization cooling system can reduce room temperature by 3-8 degrees centigrade

within a few minutes.

8.Heating system:

Function:

Heating poultry house when it is needed to satisfy the temperature demand of chickens at different growth stage.

Fuel of oil gas and coal are both available.

Optional heaters:

1). Hot blast heater of coal or diesel: heat the whole chicken house,

2). Gas brooder: heat the day old chick.

3). Gas heater: heat whole chicken house, quantity needed are based on chicken shed area.

9.Curtain system:

Curtain system is designed for open chicken houses in high temperature districts. The curtains can

replace an entire wall or parts of the wall and are also operated as a ventilation system for the poultry house.

10.Poultry slat floor system:

1).The new type reinforced structure and material, made of modified and purified raw plastics,
high intensity and durability, anticorrosion; Easy clean and installation, have long service life.
2).Reasonable design of the hole size, can avoid the hurt of chicken foot. Beam is made of the reinforced and

anti-aging PVC material.
3).Sturdy and durable, anti-rust and anti-corrosion..
